Looking for an educational program to meet your needs?  The HSUS offers a variety of learning initiatives.

Non-Credit Certificate Programs for continuing professional development in the areas of animal sheltering, protection, and welfare. Whether you work in a shelter, volunteer with a rescue group, or simply want to enter the field, these certificate programs will help you grow into your ideal position. Courses range from 4- to 8 weeks in length, or are self-paced with ongoing registration. Choose from certificates in Advocacy Management, Executive Leadership, Humane EducationPets for Life, and Volunteer Management

Bachelor of Science in Humane Leadership (Duquesne University) This degree is designed especially for the adult learner. Two years of professional work experience and/or successful completion of some prior college credits is required for admission. 

Master's Degree in Community Leadership (Duquesne University)
